Spread? Over time? I'd love a couple but I'm 47 and just imagine them turning thick as I become more wrinkled ...?

Does Micro mean a small black line only tattoo because I'd like to know too but think the answer is probably yes.

Teeny weeny tattoos on fingers, wrist etc. I watch loads on Instagram but like I say I'm not sure if they'd bleed
