Anti tragus piercing

I know this is the tattoo topic but I was hoping that someone could help me.

I got an anti tragus piercing over the summer. It's not painful but it's not healing well. It has hypertrophic bumps on it.

I'm keeping it clean with saline. I've tried very diluted tea tree oil.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue with this type of piercing that could give me some tip to help heal it.

I have not had this with any other piercing 😏

Is it getting caught on your hair/pillow/towel etc? Any hair sprays or the like?

Stay away from the tea tree, it won't do anything. Saline twice a day and rinse fully. What jewellery do you have in it? If it's a bar rather than a BCR then that might be putting pressure on it.

It's now sore and getting worse. Not really sure what to do with it!

Literally just leave it. No tea tree, no random amazon sprays or creams, leave it alone just rinse it with warm water if you're in the shower.

It's frustrating as I've never had this before. Usually just leave them be and they're just fine.

Even my daith didn't do it which I was expecting after researching before having it done.

Which one should we not do? Is it very painful to have a piercing?

I would go with a tragus as a first piercing. It’s not too bad to get and both of mine healed really well with no bumps
