Shoulder Tattoos

I'm considering getting my first tattoo. Ive been looking on Instagram and Pinterest and I really like the larger floral designs that are over the shoulders.

Any advice? I thought on the shoulders would be quite easy to hide at work (if needed).

I want a shoulder tattoo! Having one on my back (between shoulder blades) first though. Will probably go for a floral one too.
