Phoenix tattoo

I'm looking to get my second tattoo. My husband has recently had major heart surgery and I'd like a Phoenix to represent this - I'm looking to have it on top of my should wrapping my arm but am struggling to find something that I can take to an artist without infringing copyright.

I love the Phoenix's that are orange/red and delicate - any ideas?!

You can take any photo or picture you want to an artist theres no such thing as infringing copywrite in this respect. An artist will look at references and design you something.
