Malnourished cat

We have just got our cat back after she has been locked in a garage for 18 days. She has had veterinary treatment and is now back home. She is severely malnourished with no muscle mass at all on her back legs especially. She is 5 years old.
Has anyone ever had a cat recover from anything like this?

How utterly stressful for you and your DCat.

How is she now?
