Gerbil cage recommendations

Can anyone recommend a gerbil cage? Ideally it would be more of a vertical footprint than horizontal, have lots of digging space, be designed so they don't constantly chuck litter out and have some tunnels or tubes.

When I kept gerbils 40 years ago, they used to gnaw away any tunnels we put in their cage in a matter of days!

They make very strong plastic ones and I buy them off with lots of other gnawable stuff! They love a toilet roll inside filled with hay!

They sleep in a coconut which so far even their teeth can't destroy.

None of the ones you can buy are really big enough. We made our own by finding a fish tank for sale online (150cmx75cm) and putting a cage on top.

Or if you look on forums there are lots of examples of making one using an ikea cabinet.

I have a huge XXL Savic one sitting in my shed, free to a good home! If you’re anywhere near West London…..
this one!
