Little patch has appeared on my rabbits back behind his neck, does anyone know what this could be

Bit weird to just be in one patch. Could it be early fly strike or something?
Have you tried to comb it out with a fine comb, like a nit comb?

I looked online and looks like it might be mites! I've ordered him some treatment it's coming today
