why did my rat run away from me in cage

i have four and theyre all used to me but ones a bit strange sometimes like one time i was wearing a jacket i had to take it off before shed come near me then tonight i went over to say goodnight to them and she bolted to other side of cage like she didnt know me or if i had done something to scare her just wondered what the reasoning could be rest were ok it was only her

You probably smell of something that she doesn't like, a dog or cat, or even just a strange scent. Some rats are more wary than others. She might be less confident or just a bit of a drama queen.

Does she vision issues? Some rodents, more common with red eyes, can have poor vision. In which case she may be caught by surprise?
