Guinea pig doesn’t seem to want to go in her ‘house’

We gave 2 girl guinea pigs-they must be about 6 months old now.
They seem to get on really well and ‘shout’ if they are separated.
But for the last couple of days one of them has been sitting outside the house they usually spend most of their time in.
I wondered if they’d had some sort of disagreement and the other one wasn’t letting her in but when I put a second house in she still seems to sit outside.
If I put food or hay in she bounds around as usual but otherwise is just sitting still (as I presume they usually do in the house)
Any thoughts?

As long as they have one house each it may just be that the piggy prefers sitting on top of the hay. One of ours does. I think she’s nosey and likes to see what’s going on.

Yabu to not post piggy pics...

Ha! Maybe I’ll get some photos tomorrow.
It might be nosiness as she is the more confident of the pair but it’s the way she just sits still that unnerves me a bit!
Their houses have open bottoms so it’s not the feel of the hay.
