House Rabbits

Hi all,
We're shortly about to acquire a 2y8m old house rabbit. I was wondering what the 'routine' is that you have for you buns? This one will be living in the porch (6' sq) and let out to roam am/eve, sunny days outside in the run and back in its room over night.

Does this sound about right?

Any recommendations for family run online pet shops too please.

With Thanks!

As far as I know, rabbits that live with humans alone, with no other rabbit as a peer get lonely. They need a mate.

Have a look at the rwaf for living space/run suggested measurements and other advice. I don’t think 6sq foot is enough. Rabbits are also meant to have company, I have 2, and when one died, the other got very sad and lonely, and is a completely different bun since I got her a new friend (from a rescue).
