Snugglesafe for guinea pigs

Could you tell me how you use a snugglesafe heated pad with your piggies please. I was wondering if it would be any good propped up sideways instead of them peeing all over it.

I'd worry about it falling on them ( guinea pigs are not the sharpest knives in the drawer) they're fairly heavy for a pig.

The fleece stinks after a day

I've got it wrapped in newspaper under the hay and it's soaking wet. Wet and warm mind.
I was wondering about wedging it between the partition and their little wooden house in the sleeping area. but then I'm not sure how much they'll benefit from it.
I'll stick with putting it underneath I think, thanks.

They're funny little things aren't they?
They like it very much judging by the pile of poo and soaking wet hay on top of it, but I'm worrying about them being cold sitting in the wet when it cools down.
I'm going to put it under a litter tray tonight, sussed it!

I bought them a grass basket to use as a hay rack, they were both squeezed into it sitting on top of the hay, I need to get another so they can have one each. I suppose it was cosy warm though.
