What's the best/funniest/worst names of pets that you know of?

Just being nosey really I once met someone who's dogs' names were Gin and Tonic quite good names really but a bit naff I thought. Also dd (13) had a friend who named her rabbit Hell! What were her parents thinking?!?!

Our cat is called General Jericho Jones. He's a large,imposing beast

Many years ago my mother used to have a big black cat called (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say it ) began with the letter N and another called blackie I'm talking about 20 years ago could not do that now.

My pets are Millie (dog) oleg(cat) fudge (rabbit) and Ralph (puppy)

The pup stands a chance of being able to say his own name.

We've got a cat called Keith ... he's fabulous!

I love sprouts you couldn't use the n word 20 years ago either withou causing major offence!

My auntie had cats called Wally and Mofo! < Outs self.>

I was too little to realise how rude the names were especially Mofo.

I have a totally rubbish friend who has a python and has not called him Monty, what a wasted fucking opportunity!

When we were deciding on a new name for a rescue cat some of the suggestions from the small DC were: Banana, Brick, Plant Pot, Chicken Nugget etc. When they suggested Cinnamon Sunlight I grabbed it with both hands!

And an elderly aunt had 2 cats called Frodo & Sam, didn't get the link til years later :)

My husbands friend had a cat called carpet monster. I don't remember how it got its name.

We had rabbits called Ben and Jerry
We've got a shihtzu called Steve (Stephen when naughty) he's an arse most of the time.

I have a lab called Dubh - guess what colour she is

A friend of my dad had a cat called Mental. It did have some fairly significant ishoos.

I wanted to call our cat Alan but DH was having none of it

We had a fish called Janette once, all our cats have had human names and mainly those common in 1940s-1950s births.

Love the name Alan, that would fit in our house perfectly.

When I was a child I had a rabbit called Kinky. My Dad named him.

We have a cat called Carrot (after Captain Carrot from Pratchett) and guinea pigs called Errol, Sydney and Zachary.

My Gran had a cat called Blackie (back in the very early 80's). And somewhere in the family 50 or so years ago was a dog called "Jumbo" 😒

I've had Magenta, Tinkerbell and Smut () the hamsters.

Axl, Izzy and Wednesday, the rats.

And then, (outs self), a rescue starling called (wait for it) Clarice

My cat is called Nigel, he's a rescue cat and he came with that name and he suits it. Although still feel a fool shouting his name down the garden

In my family we have a cat called Luna, because she's crazy and another named Loki because he's a sod

Not what the kids named him but out of their earshot I call the cat shithead.
