Looking after neighbours GP, he's a little bit sad as he lost his little friend a short while ago.

He is looking really sad. What can I do to cheer him up? I will go and give him a cuddle soon and give him some dandelion leaves.

Poor boyFlowers. Just give him cuddles and chat to him a bit. A few treats - dandelion leaves, celery leaves etc will go down well. You sound like a lovely pigsitter - hope it goes well.

Agreed give him cuddles, treats and gave a chat with him. Don't suppose you've a little cuddly toy (no eyes etc to chew) for him to share his space with? It helped our Moll when she was without a cage mate.
Or radio if indoors and there is one near to him.
Generally if all else fails ... parsley.. it dies seem to be the cure all Grin

Yes, cuddle and chat, can you bring him in to watch TV?
Have a box with some newspaper to pop him in if he needs to 'go'

Is he in his own garden? if he's in your garden you can chat to him while you're outside (they really don't care What you say to them Wink )

And yes, food. They are bribeable and luckily their treat foods are healthy ones. So you can spoil him.

Sadie will be beside herself with joy when she hears that 70 recommends watching television for good piggie mental health๐Ÿ˜ƒ.

She loves watching sport with DH and complains loudly when she is taken away!

We're off to see Dr Chris this morning for our MOTs, nothing wrong just I worry about Mollie's chest.
So both girls will be in a filthy mood later, will ignore me in favour of DH and will need parsley AND watermelon to fortify them and help them recover from their 'ordeal' ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
