Mini lop rabbit

We have two mini lops around 6/7 months old. I've noticed that the female has some patches of darker coloured fur coming through. She is grey/ mink all over and has now developed some blacker fur in a patch on her back and over her eyebrows. Is this just adult fur? Or winter fur? Or colour coming through?

Done a quick google for you. It appears it's perfectly normal. The new fur that comes through when some buns moult can be a bit different in shade. My previous bun was a lovely reddish shade with a couple of black patches as a baby. By the time she was one, she was ginger!

Thanks so much for your reply. I do love our rabbits but we've never had pets before so I tend to worry that I'm missing something!
