Wheeking ears!

Smoothpig doesn't wheek unless he has something important to say (unlike Scruffy who chatters constantly and only stops to eat/sleep).

When Smooth wheeks, his ears flap up and down in time - very funny to watch. Do other pigs do this? Is it his wheek powering the ear flapping or his ear flapping powering his wheeks?

GP1 is a quiet old thing now (he used to do a shriek when we lifted him, but it's a half hearted whistle now)
But the ears - oh, they flap Grin, they are light geranium leaves, rounded, covered in fur and crinkled.

GP3 has Rex ears which are parallel to the ground and because of his wiry little coat, I think there's less wag-room.
Just as well, he never shuts up , if he was a wheek/flap guinea, I think he'd be airbourne. Wink

Have a lovely image of a flying pig a la Dumbo Grin.

Current Bun is a lop but when he's listening to something he puts his left ear up. Think he's left eared. He's snoozy tonight as he's had a lovely evening constitutional in the garden on his lead.
