Does anybody want to share photos of their buns to celebrate? I'll start. Here are Cleo and Shandy (Cleo is the black and white one). They are both rescue buns from our local rabbit rescue. I've had Cleo 6 years and Shandy 5. They live in a converted child's wendyhouse which I'm currently renovating.

Beautiful bunnies! Cupcakes, mine are rescues too. Makes much more sense to me to rescue, because aside from the welfare issues, you get an adult, neutered, vaccinated, health checked bun.

My three are Sweetie, 5 year old lop girl, Rebel, 18 month old Dutch boy and Pepe, a 1 year old grey eared boy. (Heaven knows the technical term!) they're enjoying their new aviary here, soon to be thoroughly fox proofed and connected via runaround to their existing kennel.

This is Alice, our recent rescue bunny. She refused to bond with any other rabbits at the rescue but is great friends with our cat. She's "about" 3, as far as the vet could tell. She's a house bunny.

what gorgeous buns! Weegie - glad Alice has settled in okay.

Here's my boy. Current Bun is 3 and a house bun. He's not a social type, despite our efforts, and prefers to be solitary. He recently spent a holiday in boarding and was not at all impressed by the other bunnies. He does manage to tolerate his piggie brothers in small doses. We don't actually think he is aware he is a rabbit.

Alice is lovely Weegiemum!

Current Bun is extremely handsome! I do love black bunnies!

Weegie Alice reminds me of my old bun Dylan. He passed away 5 years ago. Still miss him!

midori I agree. We are very lucky to live close to a fantastic rabbit rescue, the lady is excellent with match-ups. Sadly she always has plenty of buns to choose from.

Just back from our 6 month health-check (pure coincidence it's this week). Mr Vet said he wished all the buns he saw were in such good condition.
