I put spot on for my robo hamsters and now they are itching more and washing a lot I hope I haven't hurt them :(

do your hamsters have mites? if so, beaphar anti parasite spot on for hamsters is practically the same as what the vet prescribes.
if they have mites, they'll be itchy anyway and seeking relief. sometimes the treatment can annoy them a little, but it's important to remove mites from the cage and complete the treatment.
if you used a treatment specifically designed to be safe for hamsters then they should be fine
