Ds1 is getting a guinea pig for his 8th birthday and I'm getting one as a companion for it. They'll be living inside for the winter/autumn so I've been looking at cages and the pet shop ones seem tiny. Ds has an ikea bed with space underneath so I was reading about C and C cages here and thought that might be the ideal solution as they give loads of room for the same kind of price.
Has anyone used one, and would you recommend this type of cage?
