Guinea pig bleeding

My female Rex is scaley and dandruffy, then I noticed a puddle of blood, on heat? Period type bleeding? Or maybe urinary?
I've separated her from the other 2 females and will get her to a vet tomorrow. Will she be ok?

Aww, I'm sorry to hear your little piggy isn't feeling so great.
Where on her skin is she flakey? Could it be that she caught too much sun? I used to have a Rex rabbit that we had to slather in anima friendly sun screen in the summer as she would burn and then get peely and scabby, yuck!
I hope your vet can get her on the mend, let us know how she does.
