Homemade cage cleaner

Hiya,

I've got 2 girlie piggies which live in a C&C cage and I wanted to make them a safe cleaner for the cage. I think I've read somewhere it should be white wine vinegar based?
What do you all use to clean your cages?

I've bought a bottle of w w vinegar and don't know what to do with it!

You mix it half and half with water , then use.

I've used neat ww vinegar on those cloudy white pee stains that my boars leave.

Soak, scrub and then I clean with a steamer.(So I make sure it's well rinsed)

I use the steamer on it's own because it's just tap water, it sanitises and I feel there's no odour for my GP1 to try to overcome.
