Ok, help me out! Bought the pigs some treats....

these - they have one each.

I had a voucher to use up so I stocked up on hay and got these. didn't really look at them until I got home. They contain - red millet, yellow millet and egg.

I have taken off the offending items - whats left is the woody bits and the parsley bit (same as the parsley bell which is fine) .

Luckily hammy can have these - will demolish them i'm sure, so all is not wasted.

Now eggs???? Really??? I am positive they are not supposed to have eggs. I am unsure on the millet front ???
(They won't be having it anyway because those ones are the ones that are binded by egg .)

Why are they advertising them as suitable for pigs??

Bonkey I've seen Egg Biscuits "suitable for pigs ".
I was [shock} they definately don't have egg. But rats like a boiled egg apparently (in the shell so that they can show off by peeling them)

My parsley bell that I bought has millety seeds in it . GP2 ate half of it and it's still hanging there.

Isn't the seed thing to do with the choking risk mainly?

Some of these snacks have honey or sugar which is not recommended in a guinea diet either.

Looks like you'll be the hamsters favourite mum and the boars will have faces like a well-skelped baby's arse (as they say in Glasgow)

DD and I were in Tesco today buying pig veg.
They had some "milk drops" a tiny bag like chocolate drops.
I couldn't read the packaging too well (very small writing and I'm very ancient) but it contained milk and sugar.

OK treats are treats but they don't have milk or sugar.
