I hope this is the right place to post this. we recently aquirred two lovely rabbits. We purchased their hutch from an online company called rabbit hutch world. Now the hutch arrived no problems and was delivered in good condition all parts present and correct. We also bought a covet designed to go specifically with that particular hutch.
The cover took a few phone calls and a couple of extra days to arrive despite being on the sane order! Now the problem is that within the first week the cover started to fray and rip. We called complained and was told that another would be delivered. This happened twice and each time we were told it had been sent out for delivery yet we had never received it.
We have repeatedly called and emailed and eventually they admitted that they were out of stock and would be in touch . This was a month ago if not more and we have heard nothing and received no replacement cover at all while the one we have is falling apart by the day! :(
Has anyone here used this company and had similar problems? And has anyone actually received their replacement cover???? Am getting a bit 
now as the weather us awful and I worry about my bunnies :(
