I work for a small online retailer, and was discussing some new products that would be a good idea to sell for their range.
I rabbitted on for ages about well, guinea pig health etc and he then said that maybe I could write a blog for our company on this!

I dont know how serious he was but how amazing would that be!!

Id get to write about their gorgeousness...!!

That is all Blush

What oes your retailer , um, retail?

I'm trying to think of some ideas of products for guineas (you can't sell their gorgeousness) Grin

Something that I'd find handy is hay, in bulk, but in small packages.
I know some people buy farm hay by the bale, but I know that horse hay has some big twiggy bits that GPs won't appreciate.
But some of the equine companies charge loads for P&P because most of their customers buy bulk, so they can take advantage of special offers.

I buy 3-4 bags of hay at a time from The Range (it's about £3.70 a bag). In summer my boys use a bag in two weeks. In winter, a bag per week.

Maybe a package of pellets/hay/Megazorb type bedding- in 2 weeks worth packages??

Just an idea?

I will mention that thank you :)

we only sell a tiny range at the moment, but ive been suggesting c&c cages, hutches with drawers and those heat pads for winter.

If I say who I work for I will out myself as it is a very successful but wee company!

il see what the boss says but i suspect he wont be looking to do that for a while :)
