Been on many times, same shit. Want to stop coke but it always tears it’s ugly head.
i know what I need and want to do, same with hubby, just so hard.
shame and guilt killing me. I don’t want judgement please, do it all the time to myself

I remember you posting here before and I’m still not sure what exactly is it that you want?

You need to want to quit. It’s the only way. Hopping here when you’re remorseful does nothing.

And most importantly, if you plan on staying married, you both need to want to quit otherwise it will be impossible. It just won’t happen.
