I just need something. I can't drink because I get so hungover.
I would maybe try vaping some weed if it was legal in the UK. I'm worried street weed is just going to make me go crazy.
I am addicted to food.
I'm trying to break that addiction with something else. I've always enjoyed the buzz I get from codeine. It's really nice.
I've started just taking it during the day a couple of times for the last couple of weeks.
I know it's not right and I need to just leave it be. Tonight I was about to have one and stopped myself. I'm still in time to not let this spiral.
But I need something. I need to stop food being my addiction. I need another outlet for my stress. What can I do ?
