I was a addict to cocaine used for 4 years and with regret I’ve gotten this hole in my nose that now turns like scabby and sometimes it blocks my nose inside so much I can’t breath through my nose it dries but when I soak my nose in water that big scab will come out and I can breath better but then it dries again and I deal with it everyday I’m only 27 I have not went to see the doctor because of fear of what they would say has anyone experienced the same thing as me ? If so what did u do ?

That is so tricky. I think the best avenue would be your GP they're there to help and shouldn't judge. They'll have seen worse...

I’d perhaps avoid the GP first and maybe contact an addiction helpline. They will have spoken to many people in your position and guide you on the best path without any judgement. They’ll probably be able to help you prepare to open up to your GP.

Hi lovely

You don't deserve any kind of shame or punishment. You do deserve access to help. You need to see the GP as a starting point. Have a look at your look surgery website and see if any of them say that have an interest in addiction. If they do, that is the person I would try and book an appointment with. Whoever you see shouldn't judge you, and if they do that's their problem. Rebook with someone else. The other option would be to try and get an appointment at your local addiction service in the recovery part of their offer. They will often have doctors/nurses working alongside them, and may be able to act as an advocate for you in accessing care. God luck

Doi - Dr
You need to see a Dr to get help from an addiction service, they won't judge you we see drug addiction most days if you work in london

Once you're off the cocaine and your nose has fully healed, you can be referred to ENT for a button insertion in theatre to close the gap (albeit most cocaine-noses I've seen the hole is in the septum, the dividing cartilage between nostrils, but it doesn't look like that's what you're referring to in the pic?)
