Dealing with Bad Feelings

I'm trying to stop my addictions (not drink or drugs). One of them is gambling. It's not out of control but last week I spent about £40 which I can't afford.

I tend to turn to the addictions to get away from "bad feelings" - anxiety, doubt, lack of confidence and having to deal with people who make me feel angry or rubbish.

Is this the same for anyone else and how do they deal with these feelings? All suggestions/comments welcome.

Hi @starcapricorn .
Can't really help you with the gambling part but I do know about anxiety, doubt and lack of confidence. Actually cant help you there either because I still struggle with these issues.

Just to let you know your not alone with these feelings.
