Anyone want a smoking-vaping thread?

I’ve fully switched to vaping this week after a couple of weeks faffing about between cigs and vape. On day 3 which has been my most difficult so far.

Anyone else recently made the switch or thinking about it?

You'll get there! I stopped a 30 a day habit with an e cig, that was nearly 6 years ago

Thank you! I was always under the miseducated impression that it was no better for me, which is why I never made the switch. After someone asked me why I didn’t vape and I said that, they just laughed and told me to get on google.

Definitely, I think a lot of people are
I'm classed as a non smoker, my GP/consultant never brings it up. My dentist nearly keeled over as I was a die hard smoker

The NHS are actually advocating for it now aren’t they!? I tried one of the old fashioned e-cigs when I was at uni and nearly coughed up a lung. Amazed at how different it is now!
