Taper off Zopiclone

Hi everyone
i have been taking zopiclone 7.5 mg for about 2-3 months and want to stop. Can I stop cold turkey or should I taper……… and any suggestions for a fast taper?

Béen an addict all my adult years ,shock horror I'm somehow still here late 50s ,I want to stop but I'm worried ,I don't know what normal is anymore ,I'm not used to a real world IV always been high

Was on it for 10 years. Recently (4 months ago) stopped! Figured out I needed HRT to regulate hormones and sleep! Aged 56 and a half

Taper off VERY slowly. Get yourself a pill cutter and shave a bit off every night for a week ,then the next week a bit more and so on. Don't be impatient because doing it too quickly is bloody awful. I had to take it for a year and was fine gradually doing it over a period of about 2-3 months. Dh only took it briefly and stopped too suddenly and he was like something out of Trainspotting for 48 hrs. Slowly is the name of the game and you'll be fine 😊
