Hi. I've got a couple of addictions I am trying to give up. One of them is online gambling. I haven't got to the point where I am massively in debt but the costs are beginning to add up.
I find I want to indulge my addictions at certain times of the day, This is usually in the evenings when I've finished work and have no one to talk to. If I can get to 9pm I know I can get through another day. Anyone else find this?
