Have you given up vaping?

I thought I had done well giving up smoking, and I did it by vaping instead. I have been vaping for seven years now and I really want to stop. Have you managed it, and if so, how?

I cut down from vaping with nicotine eliquid starting at 21% or whatever the highest is and gradually worked my way down to 0% nicotine eliquid. I stayed with 0% liquid for quite a long time, before stopping altogether (ex dp hated vaping). Now I'm back on 20 a day after 5 years of vaping and I really regret stopping the vape! Whatever you do, make sure you work to your own timetable. As an ex smoker turned vaper turned smoker, I definitely felt much healthier on the vape.

Yep. I vaped for around 5 years after quitting smoking. I reduced my nicotine to the lowest for a month then went to 0% for about 4 days (found this very unsatisfactory lol), and then on day 5 just threw it away even though I was still deeply wanting to vape. I used nicotine lozenges very occasionally for this time if I needed them. Once I had thrown it away I just kept marvelling at how utterly ridiculous it was to want to suck on a vape pen, like a baby with a dummy, and that I needed to get over it. So happy I've quit and that was 18 months ago!!! Pointless habit!!!!

I smoked for years and then vaped for around 5 years.
Went back to smoking briefly but have started back on the vape now, hoping not to be on it for years this time
