Or at least just knowing someone has listened as I can't talk to my friends/family about this.
My youngest ds age 24 still living at home has a good job but is addicted to all sorts. He has mh problems too. He smokes weed, drinks and gambles. Yesterday he seemed really down so I tried to reassure him that if we all stay in and wash hands, social distance etc then hopefully we won't get CV. He said he's not worried as he has taken anti anxiety tablets - xantac. Late last night he went out and met a friend because he said he needed someone to stop his thoughts spiralling out of control. So he stayed out all night. And I stayed awake all night completely stressed out. He has come home this morning with his friend and they are both completely out of it so are now asleep. I hate this. I haven't left the house for a wk to protect us all and yet now I have someone in my house who shouldn't even be out. These tablets are horrible they cause suicidal thoughts. What sort of dealer would give these to someone with mental health issues who has talked of suicide before. He won't listen to me when I try and talk to him. I actually feel like running away but I have nowhere else to go. How can I get him to see how dangerous his behaviour is and is there anywhere I can get help please?

It’s good that you are looking for support for yourself, as drug addiction is a family disease. I get support from families anonymous, although just now meetings are suspended due to no gatherings. You can go on to their website, where there is a forum, details about online meetings etc.
Good luck

Xanax is the branded name for Diazepam. It is very addictive and really changes your life, please look it up and see if you can support your son to attend the local drug and alcohol service or Narcotics Annonymous
