Hi - after spending £100 in around 5 minutes on Saturday - I put myself on a 6 week exclusion, I am quite new to the site, and won £300 in December, and a couple of more smaller wins, I felt that I was becoming addicted, and started chasing my losses. There are so many adverts for bingo, slots - and the sites. Anyone been in a similar position ? any advise - I am hoping the self exclusion will stop be doing something similar again. The loss of £100 does not affect anyone but me, and I can still well afford to pay by bills etc -

I think that they give you a reasonable win within a few days, and draw you in with 'free spins' etc - I saw a post that one user spent £1000 in one afternoon - - that made me go cold - I kept saying to myself 'when then fun stops - stop' - which is what I intend to do

Oh god that's so naughty if they do, do that! For fun sometimes I play the demo games on slots wagering £200 on one spin and even though that is just a demo I've only ever one about a thousand fake pounds when I've wagered about 5000 Shock
