I really want to replace my iPhone for a basic handset as i spend too much time on it when I should be doing more useful things.
The thing is I do sometime need email.
Has anyone managed a technology detox and is will power the only way? I keep wanting to and fail.
I would love any tips from anyone who’s been successful in cutting back (though maybe you won’t be here on often
) as it’s just gone too far and I even wake in the night to put radio on / generally over-reliant on it .
