Begging for help

I've slipped and I'm badly addicted to cocodomal I need help, I'm too ashamed to ask/tell friends, can someone please help, I can't let my son down, he's an adult now and we don't live together, but he's still my little boy. I need help, I don't do this begging thing at all, I can access professional help on Monday, but need to get thru the weekend . Please someone help me make it through tonight

If there's any mental health professional on this I'll pay for an appointment a telephone call anything I'm so f@&£img desperate, recently diagnosed bipolar too ... it's too much

I have no clue, I don't want sectioned, I know I'm taking a dangerous amount, I just can't stop

You may need a proper rehab service if the addiction is very bad. Please call out of hours and ask for the help you need. Good luck. You can do this. Admitting you need to sort this out is a massive step. Please take the next one and call out of hours.

I don't want sectioned and I know they will try I have avoided it this long I just can't go down that route. I joined mumsnet cause some of the post especially those starting aibu make me smile, never thought I'd be on here begging for help ... do not know how shit got this bad
