Help me get off digydrocodein

I've been taking dihydrocodein for three months. Started due to shoulder pain. When I stop them, I get really bad withdrawal.

What do I do?

Taper down slowly. Don't just stop cold turkey, as you've found out, the withdrawals aren't pleasant.

Whatever your dose is at the moment, start to reduce it slowly week by week.
