Help needed - one cream flower for hair to a wedding - yes or no?

I have a gorgeous cream linen dress with aqua embroidery all over, with an aqua silk trim and a bolero from Monsoon that I plan to wear to a wearing in a couple of weeks.

I want to wear something in my hair which is collarbone length - thinking of having loose waves held back by one cream fabric flower as I can't find a match for the aqua anywhere.

Help me, all ye who know these things - is this social suicide at a wedding, or would it be OK?

I need more shopping practice - of the kind that isn't related to dinosaurs/trucks/Thomas the Tank Engine

ah yes, I remember those days well, I could name and recognise every bloomin' train! And knew all the songs... even went to see them 'live'

Then I had my daughter and I am all sparkles, pink and glittery.
