Can anyone recommend a bra for someone who is lacking in the breast dep't?

I am seriously flat chested - more so now after breastfeeding 3 children. I would be far too embarrassed to state my bra size on here - can anyone recommend a gel filled bra in a teeny tiny size (broad back though, which makes matters much worse)?

I'd go along with the crowd saying that M&S fittings are highly unreliable.

I like their T-shirt bras because I don't like underwiring for everyday, but they're only very lightly padded.

Come back and tell us if you find something good.

I have never been fitted at M&S- I try on and work out what fits best.

I have gone from a 34A to 34 B to a 32C all under my own "fitting" and this is def. the best fit now- I have grown a bit too though. All bras are different oo so you really can't go by one size forever.

amidaiwish · 09/06/2010 19:16

where are you based?
i agree with pagwatch, M&S are useless. i found Bentalls in kingston really good, good advice. The brands vary widely so one size in another is not the same in all. plus if like me you are not "very full" they will show you the brands best for your shape, not just your size. once you have the right size then you can fill it out accordingly..! (you are probably bigger in the cup than you think, it is not the fullness they measure but how far round they go towards your armpit iykwim.
then they can recommend a shape to fit you - e.g. half cup, full support, balconette blah blah

I can guarantee that this will give you a cleavage as long as you get the right size.

Princess Tam Tam, very very pretty french bras for small cups but more importantly with wide shoulder straps so if you are broad backed they fit better.

Note to bra makers not all A/B cups are a size 8.

see i thought the M&S lady was fab - she did measure but def "fitted" me as oppose to saying you are x size.

i expect m&s bra fitters are lke a box of chocolates - you never know what you're going to get...

Conundrumish · 09/06/2010 22:13

Thanks all - not really hoping for cleavage - just don't want to look like a boy! ( at your DH Minko - I bet his wrinkly bits are more wrinkly than they used to be!)

It was my DD, not my DH!!! If he'd said it, I'd be packing his bags for him!

Primark do a padded bra for about £3, they are OK I wear mine all the time and so cheap you can buy one in every colour

I don't know how small you are, and terrible name for a company name (IMO), but this company does deal exclusively with smaller sizes.
