Make up and moisturiser recommendations for pale, very sensitive skin?

Can anyone recommend a good, light moisturiser for teenage DD's highly sensitive skin?

And make up - which brands have good for foundation (mineral?) and concealer for the odd spot on ultra pale skin with freckles? Lots of things bring her out in a rash.

Is it worth trying eyeslipsface.com's mineral make up? I am pale with freckles and they have sheer loose powder and cover ups that suit me. My is sensitive but not as much so as other posters, so can't advise on that side. Very cheap too, so she can experiment.
