i just rang the hairdresser about my hair disater and I was just asking if she would put a colour over it and she justkept saying 'I can't advise over the phone'

I can't go in because it might be £££ and i haven't go it, if i knew it would be £30 i could get that or borrow more but i cant go in not knowinbg how much it might be.

she was so aptronising.

for years ive had the same shitty hair and i try to do something different to stop looking like a frump and i look like a bloody idiot.

the flash makes the colour look nice but in real life its VERY washed out in places

Ok the hair is very damaged by the bleach so your only option is to put colour into it and get a really good protein treatment to restore some of the strength, and a trim if possible - but be aware the hairdressers may well refuse to do anything to it - iv had to refuse customers in the past because i just couldnt take the risk, but there is light at the end of the tunnel as i can guide you through sorting it out at home if that happens.

Can you give me the name and shade number of the feria tint??

I went to a different Salon to the one I rang Avad, and they were lovely.
