30 minute poll - What colour short Hunter wellies should I buy?

Well, I've saved up, have tried them on in store, and now need to order a pair of Hunter wellies.

I can't make up my mind regarding the colour though, so I'd love to hear your opinions.

It would be used for camping and walks in the park with my toddler mainly, so I don't need long ones. Whilst I like long ones, I think the shorter ones might be more practical as easier to get on and off.

I love the look of the purple or black glossy ones, but worry that they'll go scruffy and ugly quickly (and I'm not planning on buying new ones next year).

Next favourite choice is matt dark green or matt navy. Hmm, actually, also like the Aubergine matt ones.

What do you think?

I'm rubbish with deciding on clothes, no wonder I hate it so much! I've got cheap no-name ones at the moment and they hurt me, so I have to get something better.

Thanks TCF.

Final decision made. Navy adjustable. Long.

Deary me, no wonder I hate clothes shopping. I even annoy myself with my indecision! Now if you'd all like to suggest a new work wardrobe...

LOL at annoying self with indecision.....I can soooo relate to that

Just to add to the mix.........I have Hunter Neoprene ones which are beautifully warm and better soles than the standard ones. I also have "sturdy" calves (though not enormous, iyswim) and I find the standard fit (without adjustable bits) are fine. I wear over skinny or straightleg jeans mostly but have also managed to tuck in both wide leg sweatpants and flared cords.......not at the same time, you understand.......

The navy look very acceptable with dresses and thick tights/leggings too, imo.

tulpe-I have been eyeing up the neoprene ones but do they get hot in the spring/autumn?
