never been before but by the looks of the forecast its going to be cold and wet! staying in a cottage in abergele.

so, it needs to be warm and waterproof

I love north Wales, but it does incur style challenges. Have a great time.

Forget style. Nothing looks worse than formerly-stylish soaked clothes.

Are Blacks and Millets still doing closing down/consolidation sales? Might be worth checking.

I'm 5'1" and getting coats that fit well and do the job isn't always easy. If you've time to order online, worth looking at Lands End as they do petite sizes - I don't know what their 'performance' clothes are like but their other stuff fits well. Also Hawkshead, doesn't do petite but does do short length trousers and I don't find their fleeces etc swamp me.
