I've been invited to a super super smart wedding in Paris - royalty meets rock royalty, very international guest list but a fair proportion of guests will be French because the bride grew up there. Its an early afternoon wedding, with an evening do afterwards, with no opportunity to change in-between. So my question is, what do smart but fairly cool and elegant Parisiennes wear to weddings like this? Same as in the UK/US, ie evening/cocktail type dresses with wraps etc over the top to keep you warm in the day (its in May, so not too cold)? Or is it more of a formal dress type thing? Really excited to be going and sooooo don't want to get it wrong!
