Tracey Cox, sex expert on This Morning yesterday said we should all be sleeping nude. I've just bought this Is it too much?

OP posts:
AnyFucker · 16/01/2010 18:02

that is a ridiculously expensive nightshirt

I don't sleep nude

I can't stand my boobs flopping about all the place, so I wear a soft-cup bra and long t-shirt costing no more than a tenner

NomDePlume · 16/01/2010 18:03

nothing I sleep in the buff, so does DH, so does DD (7).

DS1 (16) & DS2 (17.5) sleep in boxers

NomDePlume · 16/01/2010 18:04

i get too hot in clothes in bed and also feel like i'm being garrotted

nancydrewrocks · 16/01/2010 18:10

naked (except for when I'm trying to impress in which case I have a couple of very nice bits os DKNY lace.

tulpe · 16/01/2010 18:14

Either Cyber Jammies/Calvin Klein pjs or chemise style nighties.

janeite · 16/01/2010 18:16

I wear something a similar shape to that - but a fiver in the Debenhams sale. Or another one from the M&S sale, similar shape. Or cropped trousers and a t-shirt. Hate sleeping naked.

scrimble · 16/01/2010 18:26

Nothing.

Wouldn't consider doing anything else.

nicolamumof3 · 16/01/2010 20:07

normally naked but its a bit brrrr atm! love that CK one but wouldn't spend £37 on it sorry

sowhatitsonlysnow · 16/01/2010 20:12

Used to be nought, but DH now works abroad, plus it's been V cold so have taken to PJs

Romanarama · 16/01/2010 20:15

I love that CK one, and have just ordered it. What's all this nonsense about £37 being a lot for a nightie??? Haven't any of you seen what expensive nightwear really costs - this is expensive nightwear

JetLi · 16/01/2010 20:35

In an ideal world I'd say Chanel No.5 (a la Marilyn), but Primark fleecy PJ's at the moment, given the ruddy temperatures

The CK one is v.nice but on price for me

Feelingoptimistic · 16/01/2010 21:44

I have to ask - those of you who sleep in the nude, don't you get cold?? Or do you have your heating up high?

At the moment I am sleeping in bed socks, fleecy PJ bottoms, a vest, and a long sleeved t-shirt !!!!

Feelingoptimistic · 16/01/2010 21:46

However, I never sleep in pants unless: it's that time of the month, or I am staying at someone else's house and wearing a nightie or thin PJ bottoms !

SixtyFootDoll · 16/01/2010 21:46

Wear a nightshirt
Dont like my boobs flapping around

displayuntilbestbefore · 16/01/2010 21:48

I wear nowt - and Feelingoptimistic, no I don't get cold as I am wellwarmed by dh and fluffy duvet.
Can't stand wearing clothes in bed and sleep much better without.

TishTosh21 · 16/01/2010 21:49

I wear pj bottoms with slipper socks, t-shirt and hoody.

Its really cold in my flat

I own lovely cami top/hotpants type pjs but its just too cold to wear them.

i wear pants, if i go without i feel like i constantly need the toliet dp just wears boxers this is usual for us, however last week are boiler broke and that was a different story, i wore socks, jogging bottoms, longsleeve top, dressing gown, 3 duvets and quilt and a towel, brrrr dp wore boxers

displayuntilbestbefore · 16/01/2010 21:59

thesecondcoming - I'm the same! I spend every evening downstairs in PJs, thick socks, jumper and complaining of being cold but as soon as I go to bed, everything comes off, I climb in and I'm warm as toast!

nigglewiggle · 16/01/2010 22:01

Nowt (another naked northerner).

Unless DH is away with work and then I wear PJ's - in case I have to jump out of bed and tackle a burglar. I feel it would be improper to do that in the nude .

ByTheSea · 16/01/2010 22:06

I like to catch them though. And then make them suffer .
