Patent pumps and party pumps for me - along with 2 tone suede wedges - Gosh thats three pairs of shoes...but I couldn't decide!

Lots and lots for kids too!

Very happy with all - although the girls items are a bit on the small size for my very tall daughter!

Won't get as long out of them as I'd hoped.

Happy managed to get shoe sizing almost perfect - had to size up for party pumps

fav jumper, brighter colours than i'm used to but still nice.

has anyone else noticed that the colours on the website seem to be more subdued than they are in real life?

My order was sent in two batches and one was left on my doorstep on top of the mat all day by the courier. Thank god no on took it!

I've got it! it's all lovely esp the toasty dressing gown which I am saving for christmas morning

it was sitting in a big rainy puddle in my downstair neighbour's side yard. Good job they package well otherwise everything would have been ruined.

Most of it is going back though . Keeping a velvet trim scoop neck top and a ditsy double layer top.

The twist front top was v odd with the empire line going straight across my boobs rather than underneath it. Ditto for the merino dress which also showed many bumps and lumps.

The colours were really bright and not particularly flattering. Even my husband commented, and he doesn't normally notice anything.

Was upset that the velvet coat didn't fit across my ample bosom. Have been to the planet outlet shop today though and got a different coat instead

My box was an absolute tip by the time it reached me. I'm just glad they package it all really well inside.

my order hasnt arrived yet either. LOL but that is because there are thousands of parcels going through the warehouse atm, im so glad im working in the call center and not the warehouse.

from day of dispatch your parcels will arrive within a few days bearing in mind you got xmas post to contend with.

Still no sign of mine either!! Ordered last Saturday...haven't even got my email to say it's in stock. Don't know whether to buy back-up Christmas Day outfit now - esp given all the comments about the not so marvelous merino dress and the too small velvet coat!

Can't understand why Boden can't do an automated email to say sorry for the delay?? I don't mind waiting, as long as I know about it.

Weirdly I ordered three things last Friday (separate orders, don't ask )- one came on Monday, two today.

Yesterday I spoke to Customer Sevices who said to wait until 29th- may be up to two weeks for things to come!

So I am happy my things are here but the delivery sounds a bit erratic.

Shirt dress awful - so unflattering and is going back. Pretty ruffle top very nice though. Still waiting for pencil skirt in denim.

I hope someone can help - do the seven day returns mean it has to be back to boden within seven days or you have to send it from the post office within seven days. I received my order on tuesday (the velvet coat) and have taken ages to decide that i don't like the fit.

if you send it late they will give you a credit on your account. Then buy something new with your credit, send it back and get a refund to your account.

and mine is still not here

my mums arrived Friday so one week wasnt bad. She got the half zip hoody and the nerhu cardigan and said they were both fantastic. Im waiting for two pairs of pumps but judging by the weather, Im in no hurry to wear them!!

My entire order came today and I had a great morning trying it all on. 50/50 success rate though.

I hated the hotchpotch top which had funny stitching at the shoulders - it popped up when I lifted my arms. Very strange. Also returning a t-shirt and a checked mini skirt that dh hated (said it was like a tablecloth).

The ones I liked were a yellow crinkle top, a blue floral jersey dress (though still unsure about the bright pink sleeves - nothing a cardi can't cover though) and my new favourite skirt this one Love love love it

Im surprised about that skirt, I never thought anything of it when I looked. Is it flattering? do you reckon its not a winter skirt though?

kittya, it's very flattering for me at least. It's a bit swishy at the bottom which I love and it doesn't emphasise my tummy overhang. It is definitely a summer skirt though.

Also it is a little hard to get a top to match. Black is too harsh and I can't see myself finding a purple just the right shade. White goes great though, so again a summer colour. It's going to be great once the weather warms up

I wonder why it was in the Winter catalogue? i may be tempted, see what the stuff Ive ordered is like first!

This is interesting- there was a feature in the news about this last week- mail order- saying that many stores including M&S were behaving illegally due to dates for eturn.

Legally, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it- then you have another reasonable amount of time to return it.

I'd read the small print and call them

As it stands, I'd say you have to get it back within 7 days of receiving it, but the law seems tothink differently.

Mine has arrived at at last. Am pleased with most of it.
