I would like a jumper dress but

Quite fancy a jumper dress to wear with tights and knee high boots BUT I don't want it to be wool (too itchy) or acrylic (too sweaty). Has anybody seen anything that looks like a jumper dress but is in lovely warm cotton, or something? Thanks.

Will deffo try to check out Jigsaw and Uniqlo. Don't like that Phase Eight one sorry - a neckline like that would look very matronly on norks I think. I like the looseness over the belly though!

I too would love a jumper dress but they all look horribly wrong on me. I think it's because my hips are wider than my shoulders and the clinginess of the long jumper around my backside just accentuates this fact - despite being size 10 and 5'10".

I tried on a lovely one in a local dress agency and promised I'd buy it for my Xmas pressie to myself. It was a Temperley one so would have been vv expensive new. But even then......... no good. The shop lady, who would normally try to sell ice to eskimos, took a look and said "well, you could try those tights from M&S that smooth out all your lumps and bumps..." Bah humbug!
Think I'll have to give up on the idea of jumper dresses altogether.

i got alovely black and grey striped one in M&S for about £30.00 i think. Looks lovely with thick tights and boots.

Horizontal stripes? Don't think I could get away with that! Is it on their website?
