I bought this one today but when I tried it on with skinny jeans it just rumped up just under my bum and made me look like a large arsed bubble - twas the strangely positioned smocking on the back on the band at the bottom - twas Not Good

I do have a large arse and need something that won't draw attention, not too much at leats

what I did love about that monsoon tunic was
a. LOVED the neckline - very flattering on me - have small norkage and the detail around th eneck worked perfectly, if only the thing had just hung down straight would have been total winner
b. the fabric - wasn't jersey, didn't cling, but wasn't so voluminous as to make me look pregnant or farmgirl hoydenish - jersey doesn't work for my pear shae at all, accentuates tiny norks, flabby midriff, large arse

anyone got any great ideas on where would find similarish style tunic but no oddly positioned rump enhancing smocking????

please....

I need some new clothes - serious wardrobe malfunction (ie all last years being too old, cruddy, motheaten) leaves me in bad state for months to come, need bit of revamp too...

Norkily, I was going to suggest that we too were separated at birth...but I am two years older than you. Have exactly same taste ...same body shape too except my norks have all of a sudden blossomed to a D-cup having been a B/C all of life...
Spent all day searching for tunics and found nothing in shops, think will have to order online. Hadn't noticed that Joe Browns one, perhaps will order it. My problem is had my colours done and am an autumn so no grey/navy or black!

peanut and norkily the new look tunic fits really nicely, I bought a size 6 as I'm small on top but it doesn't cling neither is it too "maternity" total bargain for £16!

yes tempted to order that soldier tunic...but can't really justify £70 of a thurs evening...

I liked that new look one...not sure what it will do over my newly enlarged boobs though. It doesn't look cheap?

well my two new look tunics arrived today (god they are efficient) - I didn't have a chance to try on before rushing out to work but they look good (although am a bit worried the dotty one I linked to below might make me look a bit, well, silly!) the blue on Clure linked to looks lovely, can't wait to try on later.

Alos order a few long sleeved tshirts for about 6 quid apiece and I have to say they look and feel absolutely lovely.

so far am impressed by NewLook online service I have to say
