I got dh to print the pic out at work (our printer NEVER works but thats another story), so I can show my hairdresser like a geek.

Am quite relieved to see those piccies - my hairdresser cut my hair MUCH shorter than usual a couple of weeks ago.

It was supposed to be a kind of angled bob, but actually it just sits on my collar line and so turns OUT not in (a little à la Lily Allen).

I am coming round to it.

It is blond (highlighted) though, not dark like Lily's and my fringe is a bit shorter.

well i kind of did it

i did say "like lily allen's but longer" and took the picture in to show my hairdresser, but i also asked her to blend the fringe in at the edges as i look dreadful with curtains, so the result is half lily allen, half purdy - a longer version of one of my favourite ever hairdos so i'm a happy girl. she did cut the fringe lily-length to start with but asked if it was going to get on my tits nerves being in my eyes all the time and i agreed it would so she cut it shorter (and it'll get there soon enough, last time i had it cut was august 08 ).

oh but as predicted it looks terrible blonde. i have pink and dark brown hair dye, not sure which - if either - i'm going to go for.

Ohhh get you lot, is this the offical MN haircut? I have similar except I have it short over my ears and the back is short. So basically it's nothing like it . Buy kirby grips, when you're at home long fringes are annoying. I pin mine on top of my head and DD thinks I look like Elvis .
