The Yellow SeaFolly one has arrived.

Tis very nice, shall be keeping it.

It hasn't flattened my tits and the pants cover my arse, which is all i ask.

what is a saress?Am assuming a sarong dress hybrid but have never seen one

fourkids · 23/05/2009 13:59

saress

brilliant and flattering and comfortable and a bit sexy I think...

Only thing I would say is that their older stock comes with unadjustable straps while the new stock has adjustable straps. I am only an 8/10 and I like to think that although I'm not a toned beauty queen I don't have unusually flabby arms for my size, but the fixed straps felt too tight for me, so they changed my first one for a different one (same fabric etc just newer straps). That said, I have heard some people say they prefer the fixed straps...

click on the video for what you do with it!

Joggler · 23/05/2009 14:04

think pants easier than tittage

Joggler · 23/05/2009 14:07

oh nod
btw my pants arent those... they are bigger somehow. the minty bit rolls up and down too

noddyholder · 23/05/2009 14:10

Bigger pants is good! Not keen on the saress I am a thin vest girl myself but they look very cruise

fourkids · 23/05/2009 14:13

cruise......I was thinking Norfolk...?

noddyholder · 23/05/2009 14:14

You could get some matching wellies don't think you will need the jewelled mules that must come with a saress in Norfolk

fourkids · 23/05/2009 14:21

he he

I have always wanted to be one of those women who can wear jewelled mules...or silver pumps or white jeans and carry a sequin handbag - and all during the daytime too.

But sadly I would just look plain silly standing in the playground like that

Wellies and saress it is then...and a nice warm cardi!

Joggler · 23/05/2009 15:03

agree
and heels and jewllery with bikinis
In France in the late 70s we saw a woman who bathed topless with a gold waist chain around her midriff

noddyholder · 23/05/2009 15:03

I know how do they manage to look so chic while waddling across sand.No sweaty face or red bits either

Joggler · 23/05/2009 15:05

its the way they hold themselves i think.

noddyholder · 23/05/2009 15:05

If you have a good body a tan and a bit of attitude you can get away with anything.Waist chain alone sounds so amazing esp as it was the 70s.Also love the turban big earrings and swinsuit Jerry Hall and marie helvin had some corker pictures in nthat style

Joggler · 23/05/2009 15:06

Imagine.

Joggler · 23/05/2009 15:14

niracle suit

noddyholder · 23/05/2009 15:15

I know but it never usually works and seems long winded

fourkids · 23/05/2009 15:17

In my teens in the 80s I saw a woman (English) with a gold waist chain. I didn't really get it, and in the end decided, as she was quite fat, that it must be some sort of dietry aid - that she aimed to tighten it a link or two every week and if it got too tight and cut into her she would know to cut out the doughnuts

and even heels and shorts...or am I just terribly frumpy?
In my world you wear flip flops or maybe sandals with shorts...

Joggler · 23/05/2009 15:23

rofl at that one - has she just parped?

noddyholder · 23/05/2009 15:28

Heels and shorts is a good look if you have nice legs and are quite slim.
