I am sat having lunch in a floor length cocktail/ball gown in a red red wine colour, with red drape round my shoulders, tiara and jewels

Going out soon.
Bootcut jeans, dark denim - Gap.
Silk camisole with purple and red flowers on it (much much nicer than it sounds) - Warehouse.
Grey boyfriend cardigan - M&S
Black pixie boots - Office.

TDWP, you always sound v chic

I so wish I could wear a fitted white t-shirt: it always sounds such an effortless good look. Unfortunately norks and pale, pale skin combined mean white t-shirts and I really don't mix.

Unfortunately the overall effect is spoiled by glob of the sauce I've just been cooking for dinner.

I'm in a black mood

I'm painting the nursery and our bedroom today so I'm looking rather fetching in my painting garb...

Anicent black cords, holey orange top with 3/4 length sleeves, black tube thing (like one of those 80s lycra mini skirts) to keep my bump covered and some prehistoric brown camper shoes. The whole ensemble is liberally splattered with various colours of paint.

Said bump is really getting in the way
